Youth Development Project Ghana ("YDP Ghana," "we," "us," or "our") is a non-profit organization committed to empowering youth aged 13–35 in marginalized communities through mentorship, leadership training, vocational and digital skills development (e.g., Quick Learn Quick Earn), financial literacy, education scholarships, health and well-being programs, civic engagement (e.g., Step Up Ghana initiatives), and community transformation projects.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure, and protect your personal data when you visit our Website, submit forms, apply for programs, make donations, or interact with us.

  1. How We Use Your Information: We use your data lawfully for our legitimate non-profit purposes, including:
  • Processing applications for scholarships, skills training, mentorship, or civic programs.

We require parental/guardian consent for those under 18 when submitting personal data or participating, with additional safeguards for children under 13.
