EVENT SUBMISSION & THIRD-PARTY EVENT PARTICIPATION POLICY
1. Purpose of This Policy

2. The participation and registration of individuals for third-party events promoted on the YDP Ghana platform.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all events listed on the YDP Ghana website align with the organization’s mission, objectives, and project scope, while clearly defining responsibility and limiting liability.

2. Nature of Third-Party Events
The YDP Ghana website may provide a platform for third parties (individuals, organizations, institutions, or partners) to submit events for listing on the YDP Ghana website.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
* Events submitted through the Event Submission Page are not organized, owned, or directly managed by YDP Ghana.
* The event organizer’s name will be clearly displayed on the event listing.
* The presence of an event on the YDP Ghana website does not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or operational involvement by YDP Ghana.
YDP Ghana serves only as a listing platform for approved third-party events.

3. Eligibility for Event Submission
To be considered for publication, a submitted event must:
* Align with YDP Ghana’s mission, objectives, and project scope.
* Contribute positively to youth development, leadership, entrepreneurship, education, advocacy, or community transformation.
* Not conflict with the values, policies, or ethical standards of YDP Ghana.
* Comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana and any relevant international standards.
YDP Ghana reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a submitted event aligns with its mission and objectives.

4. Submission Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
Submission of an event through the website:
* Does not guarantee approval or publication.
* Does not create any contractual or partnership relationship with YDP Ghana.
* Does not confer endorsement by YDP Ghana.
All submitted events will remain pending review until formally approved and published by an authorized representative of YDP Ghana.
YDP Ghana reserves the right to:
* Approve or reject any submission without obligation to provide reasons.
* Request additional information or documentation from the event organizer.
* Remove any published event at any time if it is later found to violate this policy or any other YDP Ghana policy.

5. Organizer Representations and Warranties
By submitting an event through the YDP Ghana website, the event organizer represents and warrants that:
1. All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
2. The organizer has full authority to publish and promote the event.
3. The event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
4. The event does not infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
5. The event does not promote illegal activity, discrimination, violence, exploitation, or harmful conduct.
The organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless YDP Ghana, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the event.

6. Limitation of Liability – Event Organizers
YDP Ghana shall not be liable for:
* Any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from a third-party event.
* Cancellation, postponement, misrepresentation, or non-delivery of the event.
* Financial loss resulting from ticket purchases, travel, accommodation, or related arrangements.
* Disputes between event organizers and participants.
* Any unlawful or negligent conduct of event organizers.
All responsibility for planning, safety, logistics, compliance, and delivery of the event lies solely with the third-party organizer.

7. Participant Disclaimer – Registrants of Third-Party Events
Individuals who register for or attend third-party events listed on the YDP Ghana website acknowledge and agree that:
* The event is not organized by YDP Ghana unless explicitly stated.
* Participation is at their own discretion and risk.
* YDP Ghana is not responsible for the content, safety, or management of the event.
* YDP Ghana shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from participation in a third-party event.
However, YDP Ghana affirms that events listed on its website are reviewed for general alignment with its mission and objectives before publication.

8. Compliance With YDP Ghana Policies
By submitting an event or registering for an event via the YDP Ghana website, users agree to comply with:
